Pricing Policy for Clients

Every home is unique, which is why all quotes are customized after a quick virtual or in-person walkthrough.

Our goal is to provide fair, transparent pricing — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Final quotes are confirmed before booking and guaranteed at the agreed price.

Deep Cleaning

Perfect for: First-time clients, seasonal refreshes, or homes needing extra detail.
Most homes' price estimate: $270 – $450

Includes all services mentioned in standard cleaning and any Add-ons

Kitchen:

  • Wipe inside and outside of cabinets and drawers (if requested)

  • Clean inside the microwave and around the appliance seals

  • Scrub backsplash, sink, and faucet base

  • Polish stainless steel and glass surfaces

Bathrooms:

  • Deep scrub showers, tubs, tile, and grout

  • Clean and disinfect sinks, faucets, mirrors, and counters

  • Wipe inside and outside of cabinets and drawers

  • Hand-wipe baseboards, trim, and vents

Bedrooms & Living Areas:

  • Hand-wipe baseboards, doors, trim, vents, and window sills

  • Clean window tracks and interior glass (if accessible)

  • Vacuum edges, corners, and under furniture

  • Remove cobwebs and dust from ceiling corners

Standard Cleaning

Perfect for: Regular maintenance — weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Most homes' price estimate: $140 – $280

Kitchen:

  • Wipe and sanitize countertops, sink, and backsplash

  • Clean stovetop and appliance exteriors (fridge, microwave, dishwasher)

  • Wipe cabinet faces and handles

  • Empty trash and replace liners

Bathrooms:

  • Sanitize sinks, mirrors, toilets, tubs, and showers

  • Wipe counters, faucets, and glass surfaces

  • Polish fixtures and remove soap residue

Bedrooms & Living Areas:

  • Dust furniture, décor, blinds, and baseboards

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Make beds and tidy surfaces

  • Wipe interior window glass

  • Spot clean doors and light switches

Move-in/Move-out Cleaning
Office and Commercial Cleaning

Best for: Renters, landlords, or real estate prep.

  • Restock essentials (coffee, paper towels, etc.) if provided

Bathrooms:

  • Clean and disinfect all surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures

  • Replace towels and restock toiletries

  • Sanitize sinks, toilets, and tubs

Bedrooms & Living Areas:

  • Change linens and make beds neatly

  • Dust furniture, décor, and blinds

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Stage final touches — fold towels, fluff pillows, straighten décor

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited deposit.

A small deposit is required to confirm all new appointments.
This helps us hold your spot and keep our schedule running smoothly.
The remaining balance will be due once the cleaning is finished.

Our goal is for every client to feel happy with their clean.
If there’s ever something we missed, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.

Payment is due after your cleaning is complete.
We currently accept Venmo, Zelle, card payments and cash.
